Hi I’m Chineme

I am a passionate healthcare professional, dedicated educator, and an advocate for holistic well-being, with a mission to empower individuals and communities to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. My journey is marked by a deep commitment to faith, creativity, and service, which I weave into every aspect of my work. With a background in healthcare, I focus on helping premenopausal and menopausal women navigate the complexities of health and wellness. I use nutrition as a tool to guide my clients to lose weight and improve their health so they can live a healthier happy life.

My approach to health is integrative, focusing on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Beyond my work in healthcare, I am deeply invested in education and mentoring. I have developed an online reading and writing program targeting children in rural communities in Africa and underserved kids in inner cities, believing that education is the key to unlocking potential and creating lasting change. My spiritual journey is central to who I am. As a Jesus-Babe, I live and have my being in Christ, which inspires my ministry work. I lead the Transformed Sisters Circle (TSC) and Eternal Sisters Association (ESA), where I guide women in spiritual growth, renewal, and love for our follow men through community outreach programs.

My ministry is not just about teaching; it’s about transformation—helping women find their strength in times of uncertainty and live out their faith with courage and conviction. In addition to my professional and spiritual pursuits, I am a writer and storyteller. I capture the nuances of life’s journey in biographies, autobiography, short stories, memoirs, fictional stories, poems, and other projects.

The work I do is a reflection of my own experiences—blending the rich cultural heritage of my Nigerian roots with the diverse perspectives I’ve gained living in the United States and beyond. Through all that I do, I am driven by a simple yet profound vision: to be a beacon of love and transformation, guiding others to their highest potential and creating a ripple effect of hope, healing, and harmony. WHERE I AM FROM POEM

I am from the River Iyi Akwa whose sharp and fast dance moves can

snatch a baby off its mother’s hand,

From a single tree log bridge Oforo whose slippery body can send both,

Young and old into the surgeon’s office for sutures,

During New Yam festival season.

 

I am from the Bee Tree – Apuanu

From Item, from Abia State, From Nigeria

Where day and night belongs to boys & men

I am from Iroko tree

Whose long neck stretches longer than the giraffe

I am from flower,

From red roses and white lilies that

Only grows for the house deed.

 

I am from the kitchen,

From mama Lucy,

And Ogbonne where the aroma of  akara and akamu

Hug you out of bed on Sunday mornings.

I am from kindness and be your brother’s keeper (onye aghala nwanneya),

From o nuru ube nwanne agbala oso (love your neighbor as yourself),

I am from charity begins at home.

 

I am from Ojingwa (Fashionable or Stylish person),

From. Red lipstick and high heels,

I am from confidence, my mother.

 

I am from J.I.O

The only child that gave birth to a crowd,

From the masquerade drummer and dancer,

From the hand that makes the masquerade drum speak until the deaf hears,

I am from the hand that  lulls the Ikoro drum to sleep on New Yam festival

and Ojonkwu day,

I am from masquerade costume designers.

 

I am from school, from the book, and visual library,

Where the books and dictionary chase the villagers,

I am from the encyclopedia writers,

I am from my father.

 

I am from church and Sunday school,

Where choir practice and Bible study meet every Saturday,

I am from Jesus LOVES me for my Bible tells me so,

I am from the small house that houses BIG PEOPLE,

From eating from the same plate  and drinking with one cup.

 

I am from my father and mother

Where we pledge allegiance to the Lord is my shepherd

I shall not want every morning,

I am from perseverance, resilience, and adaptability,

From against all odds,

I am an overcomer, a VICTOR, and not a victim.

 

I am from the scars of my life has given me,

From all of that and we are not perfect,

And I love the scars my life has given me,

I proudly wear my life,

I am my LIFE.
